Delivery & Return Information

1. Return period
   Return requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of delivery. Requests received beyond this period cannot be processed.
2. Pet food products - no returns accepted
   To safeguard the quality, safety, and integrity of all pet nutrition products, returns are not accepted under any circumstances. This applies to all dry food, wet food, and treats, regardless of packaging status. We are committed to maintaining strict handling standards throughout the entire supply chain to ensure every product reaches you in optimal condition.
3. Non-food products - eligible for return
   Non-food items may be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in intact original packaging. Products that show signs of use or have been damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

   Orders outside Attica are shipped via our trusted logistics partner, offering reliable and efficient delivery across Greece.
